1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the pk36 online gaming platform, operated under an international gaming license ("pk36", "we", "us", or "the Company"). The pk36 platform provides online sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, virtual sports, fishing games, and related entertainment services to eligible users.

By creating an account on pk36, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

pk36 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated via a notice on the platform and will take effect immediately upon publication unless otherwise stated. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of pk36 following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to register and use the pk36 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You are accessing pk36 from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for individual users.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, or agent of pk36 or any of its affiliated companies, nor are you an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from pk36 for any reason.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on any gambling platform.

pk36 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to satisfy any eligibility condition at any time constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3 Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration

To access the full functionality of pk36, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, and to update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual person may maintain only one pk36 account. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited, regardless of the device, IP address, payment method, or name used. pk36 employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where multi-accounting is confirmed, all associated accounts will be suspended and any remaining balances may be forfeited.

3.3 KYC Verification

pk36 operates under a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. We may require you to provide identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership
• Source of funds documentation where applicable

Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification. pk36 reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests until satisfactory verification is completed.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk36 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. All activity conducted through your account — including wagers placed and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility. Notify pk36 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits to pk36 accounts must be made through payment methods approved and listed on the platform. pk36 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast instant payment, USDT TRC20, and SadaPay. All account balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. pk36 will not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any funds received from an account not matching the registered player's identity may be reversed and the player's account suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to payment provider limitations. pk36 processes the majority of JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawal requests within 10 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.

pk36 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests, including requests for supporting documentation. Withdrawals may be delayed where KYC verification is incomplete, where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, or where a bonus wagering requirement has not been met.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for verified accounts in good standing, though exceptionally large withdrawals may be processed in instalments at pk36's discretion.

4.3 Dormant Account Fees

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. pk36 may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rs 200 to dormant accounts with a positive balance. Players will be notified before such fees are applied. Accounts with a zero balance after 24 months of inactivity may be closed.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

pk36 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements which will be communicated at the time of the offer. General bonus conditions applicable to all pk36 promotions include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements are applied to the bonus amount only.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Sports betting bets typically contribute 100%. Live casino games may contribute between 10% and 50%. Slot games contribution rates vary by title. Specific contribution rates are communicated within each promotion's terms.
• Validity Period: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated winnings that are not wagered within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Abuse: pk36 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, withhold bonus-derived winnings, or suspend an account where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering with minimal risk to exploit bonus terms, coordinated play across multiple accounts, or any other activity deemed to constitute systematic exploitation of promotional offers.
• One Bonus Per Household: Promotional bonuses are limited to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6 Sports Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Placement

All sports bets placed on pk36 are subject to these Terms and the specific betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market, which are available within the sports betting section of the platform. A bet is not confirmed until pk36 has accepted it and issued a confirmed bet reference number. pk36 reserves the right to decline any bet without providing a reason.

6.2 Odds and Pricing

All odds offered on pk36 are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds applicable to a bet are those confirmed at the time of acceptance, not those displayed at the time of initiating the bet slip. In-play odds are volatile and may change significantly within seconds. pk36 is not liable for any discrepancy between displayed and accepted odds arising from latency or connectivity issues on the player's end.

6.3 Void Bets and Cancellations

pk36 reserves the right to void a bet where: (a) the bet was placed on an event that has already commenced or concluded at the time of placement; (b) the odds were manifestly erroneous due to a technical error; (c) the event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without being completed within the applicable settlement timeframe; (d) there is evidence that the bet was placed using insider information or in furtherance of match fixing. Voided bets will have the stake returned to the player's account balance.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

pk36 applies maximum single-event and accumulator winnings limits as specified within the sportsbook. These limits exist on a per-sport and per-market basis and are applied at the time of settlement. Where calculated winnings exceed the applicable maximum, the payout will be capped at the maximum stated limit.

7 Casino Games and RNG Fairness

All casino games available on pk36 — including slot games, live dealer games, fishing games, and card game variants — are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers. All games utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited to ensure outcomes are genuinely random and not manipulated in favour of either the player or the operator.

The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is determined by the game's developer and is disclosed within the game's information panel. pk36 does not modify RTP settings beyond the options made available by the game supplier within the licensing framework.

In the event of a disconnection during an active casino game round, the outcome of that round will be determined and settled according to the game's server-side result. pk36 is not liable for losses arising from the player's connectivity issues. Where a disconnection results in an indeterminate outcome, the bet stake will be returned to the player's account.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk36 platform. pk36 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, withhold associated balances pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during verification
• Using the platform while under the age of 21
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Engaging in or facilitating match fixing, spot fixing, or any corrupt betting activity
• Using pk36 in connection with money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Charging back any deposited funds after those funds have been used for wagering
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pk36 staff or other players
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, in violation of promotion terms
• Accessing the platform through a VPN or proxy where the purpose is to circumvent geographic or legal restrictions

9 Responsible Gaming

pk36 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all players. We provide a comprehensive set of player protection tools, all of which are accessible from the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the pk36 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, design elements, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, game titles, and user interface components — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk36 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk36 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not grant you any right to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any portion of the platform; reverse engineer or decompile any software; use pk36's trademarks or branding without express written authorisation; or create derivative works based on pk36's content or services.

Any unauthorised use of pk36's intellectual property may result in immediate account closure and may expose you to civil and/or criminal liability.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

pk36 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using pk36, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pk36 implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. These measures include 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmissions, secure credential hashing, and restricted internal access controls.

pk36 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by our licensing obligations or applicable law.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk36 and its directors, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions
• Losses arising from events outside pk36's reasonable control, including acts of God, government actions, internet service disruptions, or third-party service failures
• Any loss resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure
• Losses resulting from reliance on information or odds displayed on the platform where such information was subject to a manifest error

pk36's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their pk36 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Account Suspension and Closure

13.1 Suspension by pk36

pk36 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where: there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct; the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms; regulatory or licensing obligations require pk36 to do so; or the account holder has initiated a chargeback against a deposited amount.

13.2 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your pk36 account at any time by contacting support. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

13.3 Balances on Suspended Accounts

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, associated balances will be held and not released until the investigation is concluded. Where investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, pk36 reserves the right to forfeit some or all of the balance in accordance with the nature and severity of the breach.

14 Amendments to These Terms

pk36 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material amendments are made, pk36 will provide reasonable notice via a prominent platform notification. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision) may be made without notice.

Your continued use of the pk36 platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must immediately cease using pk36 and may request account closure. The most current version of these Terms is always available at pk36.bet/terms-conditions.

15 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk36 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or your use of the pk36 platform, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with pk36 informally by contacting our support team. pk36 will use reasonable efforts to resolve complaints within 10 business days of receipt. If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution mechanism provided under pk36's licensing framework.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
